We are happy to announce that travel grants are available for international
delegates who are in “fellows in training” category. Donʼ’t forget to apply!
You will need to complete your pre-registration and submit an abstract in order to be
qualified.
Travel Grants and Awards available to abstract submitters include:
Travel Grants (Travel support and up to 4night of your accommodation in Kyoto) Pre-registration and abstract submission is required to be qualified.
Best Presentation Awards (Winners will be decided and announced in each session at the joint congress)
Save up to 25,000JPY on Registration!
We encourage you to register for the joint congress in advance to take advantage of
discounted registration rates. The early registration rate is available through
June 8, 2020.
Cultural Experience and Networking Opportunity
There will be lots of opportunities to meet your old friends and make new friends.
We welcome you to our opening ceremony and welcome reception on Thursday
evening. Please make sure to reserve your welcome reception ticket (5,000JPY)
when completing your registration.
Welcome reception will take place in the Garden area at Kyoto International
Conference Center. We will prepare authentic Japanese food and drinks that will
satisfy your cravings and fireworks show over Takaragaike pond is also scheduled to
make a night even more memorable!
(Tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis! Only 400 tickets are available.)
Scientific Program
We are pleased to announce that distinguished guest speakers from all over the
world are confirmed to attend our joint congress, including Prof. Shimon Sakaguchi,
an immunologist who is best known for his discovery of regulatory T cells as
a Keynote Lecturer on September 14, Thursday.
